Hawk Before Sunrise
"What is the hawk on the rock waiting for, just before sunrise?"
📝ONGO's Reflection
Jeong Hong-rae set a single hawk upon a rock just before dawn, as a red glow spreads across the sky. Not yet taken flight, the hawk keeps its wings folded and gazes into the distance. It reveals its dignity not through movement but through stillness. In this painting I see that true strength lies not in ceaseless beating of wings but in recognizing the right moment and waiting in quiet. The bird that flies farthest waits longest on the rock for the sun.
🌱Apply It Today
Before rushing to move, today try waiting quietly, just once, until your own moment arrives.
