📌 ONE QUESTION FROM THIS LIFE

What single attachment weighed me down most today?

📝ONGO's Reflection

When I first heard the story of the prince who left everything behind, the decision felt unreal to me. But the older I grow, the more I realize that what he saw was not an illusion but reality seen exactly as it is. We clutch things as if they were eternal, and we collapse when our grip finally loosens. The Buddha is the one who taught us how to open the hand. To open the hand is not to lose something, but to make room in it for something new. He is worth reading not as a religion but as a posture toward life.

"All that we are is the result of what we have thought."
Gautama Buddha, 法句經 (Dhammapada, Verse 1, PD translation)

🌱Apply It Today

Take the one worry that filled your mind most today, write it on a piece of paper, and set it on your desk. Simply lifting your hand from it for a moment cuts its weight in half.
