Do Not Worry About Your Life, What You Will Eat
Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will wear.
The worry I am gripping today — is it truly a problem that needs solving today?
📝Reflection
Worry drags tomorrow's problem into today, so we suffer it twice — once in imagination, once when it actually arrives. This verse does not ask for reckless optimism. It asks only that we not lose the life right here, sick with a future that has not yet come. Life is more than food, the body more than clothing. The trap of worry is spending all our attention on the small thing while the large thing waits unattended.
🌱Apply It Today
Filter one worry that surfaces today through the question: "Is this something I can act on right now?"
This verse is read as universal humanistic wisdom, not religion — no faith is promoted, and the reflection is 100% original ONGO content.
