📜 THE VERSE

Mind precedes all things; mind is their chief, they are all mind-made.

❓ TODAY'S QUESTION

What made my day today — the events, or the mind that looked upon them?

📝Reflection

When I first met this verse, it seemed too simple, and I let it pass. But the longer I lived, the more I understood. The same rain falls, and one person calls it charm while another calls it ruin. The event is one; the mind is two. Twenty-five centuries ago a teacher said, without borrowing any god, that your mind is the blueprint of your world. This is not a matter of belief but of the expression I wore in the mirror this morning. Mastering the mind is not far away. It is right here, in this single breath.

🌱Apply It Today

When something irritates you today, write two lines: the event itself, and the mind that interpreted it. The moment you see them as separate, your mind has already stepped back.
