The Wise Builder on the Rock
He built his house on the rock. The rain came down, the streams rose, the winds blew, and it did not fall, because it was founded on the rock.
Of all the good teachings I know, how many have I actually put into practice?
📝Reflection
The heart of this story is not a difference in knowledge. Both the one who built on rock and the one who built on sand heard the same words. The only difference was whether they acted on what they heard. Between knowing and living, a bridge called practice is always required. Without building that bridge, no matter how fine the words heard, the storm will bring the house down.
🌱Apply It Today
Take one good principle you have only known in theory, and lay one stone of rock by acting on it today.
This verse is read as universal humanistic wisdom, not religion — no faith is promoted, and the reflection is 100% original ONGO content.
