DAY 93

Apply Your Heart to Instruction

Proverbs 23:12
기원전 10~6세기 편집 (히브리 지혜문학)
ORIGINAL
הָבִיאָה לַמּוּסָר לִבֶּךָ וְאָזְנֶךָ לְאִמְרֵי־דָעַת
📜 THE VERSE

Apply your heart to instruction, and your ears to words of knowledge.

❓ TODAY'S QUESTION

Am I still someone who learns, or someone who has closed the door, sure he already knows?

📝Reflection

With age it grows easy to stop learning. The moment you think you already know, the ears close and the person hardens. This verse says keep heart and ear open toward instruction. Learning is not a student's task but a living person's task. One who learns even one new thing each day is young, whatever the age. The heart that never sets down the book keeps a person growing to the end.
