תַּפּוּחֵי זָהָב בְּמַשְׂכִּיּוֹת כָּסֶף דָּבָר דָּבֻר עַל־אָפְנָיו

The same word can be medicine or poison depending on when it is said. However right, a word that misses its moment becomes nagging; meeting its moment, it becomes a comfort that lasts a lifetime. This verse likens a word set at that exact moment to a golden apple. Timing matters as much as content. To have something to say yet know how to wait until it can be heard — that is the true craft of speech.
