🖼 ONE LINE FROM THIS PAINTING

"Why was a single blossom set apart and painted on its own?"

📝ONGO's Reflection

This is a Chinese painting by an unknown painter, in which the gaze is gathered wholly upon a camellia blossom alone. Paring everything else away, the painter set only one flower on the surface. My heart goes to this concentration. With all the side branches cleared off, the grain and hue of the petals grow clearer than ever. When the heart is gathered upon one thing, what was unseen before comes into view. Chasing many at once, one can see none of them deeply. Depth comes from concentration.

🌱Apply It Today

Rather than chasing many at once, gather your whole heart now upon one thing and look into it deeply.
