DAY 245

Those Who Make Peace

Matthew 5:9
기원후 1세기
ORIGINAL
Μακάριοι οἱ εἰρηνοποιοί, ὅτι αὐτοὶ υἱοὶ θεοῦ κληθήσονται
📜 THE VERSE

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called people of true peace.

❓ TODAY'S QUESTION

In a conflict, am I the one adding another side, or the one building a bridge?

📝Reflection

Loving peace and making peace are different things. Anyone can love peace. Making it is another matter. Stepping between two people who have turned their backs on each other, hearing both sides, untangling the misunderstanding — this is exhausting work that rarely earns thanks. But this verse places exactly that labor at the highest seat. The world overflows with people who add to conflict; those who defuse it are rare. That rarity is the reason for this blessing.

🌱Apply It Today

If you know two people in conflict today, hear both sides fully before taking either one.
