DAY 122

Speak for Those Who Cannot Speak

Proverbs 31:8
기원전 10~6세기 편집 (히브리 지혜문학)
ORIGINAL
פְּתַח־פִּיךָ לְאִלֵּם אֶל־דִּין כָּל־בְּנֵי חֲלוֹף
📜 THE VERSE

Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; defend the rights of the powerless.

❓ TODAY'S QUESTION

When I have the power to speak, am I using it only for myself?

📝Reflection

Speech is power. And that power shines brightest when spent for one who cannot raise their own voice. This verse says open your mouth for the silenced. To see what is right and act with courage is the portion of the strong. If I stay silent when it is comfortable for me, the place of the weak grows narrower in the end. To be where a voice can be raised is, in itself, a responsibility.

🌱Apply It Today

When silence is easy before an injustice today, add even one word for the weaker side.
