Great opportunities usually come to those who have faithfully handled small things. Someone who neglects small tasks while waiting for a grand stage will find themselves unprepared even when that stage finally arrives. Diligence is not built overnight. Only someone who has stacked up small, unwatched tasks over time stands unshaken before a great responsibility. Trust is built not from grand promises but from an accumulation of small deliveries.
